| Note: 1. According to [2017]No. 901 document of the Development and Reform Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, the water prices take effect from August 1, 2017 (the record water conosumption in August). 2. The sewage treatment fees and garbage disposal fees are collected based on the amount of sewage. For water consumption by common users, the amount of sewage is calculated at 90% of the water consumption. For water consumption for beverage production, the amount of sewage is calculated at 40% of the water consumption. For water consumpiton for municipal greening, municipal landscape, and power plant production, the amount of sewage is calculated at 15% of the water consumption. 3. For families entitled to the minimum subsistence allowance in Shenzhen and families of entitled groups holding the Shenzhen Special Care Card for Entitled Groups issued by the Civil Affairs Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, the water fees will be reduced by 12 m3/household/month. Families entitled to the minimum subsistence allowance in Shenzhen, social welfare agencies and troops are exempt from the sewage treatment fees. Families entitled to minimum subsistence allowance in Shenzhen, welfare houses, nursing homes, and enterprises for the disabled are exempt from the garbage disposal fees. | ||||||
