Ouyang Zhiyun, director of Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, said that Shenzhen has taken the lead in ecological culture mechanism innovation in China and is an outstanding model for other cities’ national ecological conservation projects. He added that its experience has great promotion and application significance regarding the management of city ecological environments.
