Conditions for acceptance
A foreign-invested partnership enterprise may register an alteration if all of the following conditions are met:
1. There is an alteration in the partnership’s registration items;
2. When the alteration in the partnership's registration items must be reported for approval in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, and has been approved by the relevant licensing authorities;
3. When the alteration is requested by all the partners of the partnership or the personnel designated under the partnership agreement.
